Great for convenience and less crowded shopping experience. Terrible for customer service and friendly staff. I feel bad because I know the good workers are strapped and over tired, but it doesn't make the experience of waiting over 15 minutes for someone to even come your way at customer service any less true. The woman before me had waiting nearly 20 minutes and the customers in front of her had been helped but then the employee said it was time for their break and left her to wait on her own. She left with her concerns untended to and very upset. I waited there for another 15 minutes with no help at all. Not even a mention as to what was going on. There was one employee who was sympathetic and tried to intercom help, but no one came. Thank you to Jessica, the employee who cared, intercommed and added to her busy job to help at another station. Keep up the good work and hopefully you are commended for your hard work. It's noticed by customers.

Recent changes in self checkout policies are HORRIBLE!!! Walmart needs to rethink their policies around this otherwise they are going to lose more and more customers.
At this store, I have had nothing but BAD experiences because they always try to force us to use regular checkout instead of self-checkout. That is ridiculous when there is a line in regular checkout (always only ONE register open) and I don't want to have to have a person checking me out when i am buying personal and potentially embarrassing items. The staff is very rude about it, too. They say they do this because they want self checkout to operate more as an express checkout. Well then you need to open up more regular and self checkout lanes. I also want to note that I am very fast and dilligent when doing self checkout. I get through it very quickly, I make sure I scan every item, and I don't ever leave a mess behind for them to have to clean up. And still, they try everything to force me to use regular checkout. I will not come back to this store. Many of my friends also stopped using this store for the same reason, and I don't blame them. If i could give them 0 stars, I would. Very unsatisfactory shopping experience.

The workers at this Wal-Mart are so rude. Two literally stood next each other on their phones not assisting or engaging with any customers. When asked a question their bearly looked up from phones and when they did they acted like they were being disturbed. It's self-checkout with cameras, why are they even there! So done with Walmart. The prices aren't even that great anymore.

Gave 4 stars a few years ago, but after a big screw up on my last pickup order, I'm not going back to this location. I was missing a lot of items from my order and was very upset.

Great store, clean and well kept. Parking lot is always really low when I get here. Really enjoy shopping here much better than the other walmarts. Doesn't feel like a crappy Walmart store, good job! I will he coming back for sure.

Yal need to stop forcing people to go to assisted checkout instead of self check out and do a better job on self checkout as a staff. I really like yals associates and yal are better than epps by a mile but last time I came I was in a rush bc my boyfriend was late for work and I was getting chips for him and his coworker, went through self checkout with two bags of puffcorn and was followed out of the store because 1) I was in a rush 2)"why didn't you put it in grocery bags" because not everyone in Georgia is from Georgia. In Colorado they charge for bags so why would I put two bags in another bag? Yal need to work on loss prevention staffing and tactics aswell as signage. The past 4 times I've went except when I had exactly two items yal forced me into assisted check out. Why is self checkout there if not everyone is allowed? If it's 15 items or less then the store policy shouldn't be enforced until yal have proper signage bc as a regular to your store I now feel disrespected like yal think we're all going to steal in self checkout. It is not every customers responsibility to deal with yals insane unposted half enforced policies. Please get it figured out it's been over 2 months, thanks.
