I love living at Marke Apartments! the community here is outstanding, offering a blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The amenities have everything you need right at your doorstep. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed and well-maintained.
What really sets Marke Apartments apart is the fantastic management team and the vibrant community atmosphere. Especially from Suzie and Isaac both having the best attitude and the will to work with you to make your home as comforting as possible.

The Marke has given me a safe place to call home for almost 5 years now. Though I have had some challenges, the management and leasing office has been really great. I wanted to point out, Susie Molde. Although I have never had the chance to meet her in person, she has been so kind and a very genuine individual. Very personable and is a wonderful asset to The Marke team. Peter Sanchez has also been awesome too, both of them have been wonderful throughout my correspondence and great with troubleshooting any issues I was facing. These people do care about their job and they do it well. Thank you both for everything and assisting me during my time here with you guys, I really appreciate everything.

This place is unbelievably frustrating to live at. You pay high rent for limited parking spots. Meaning you are constantly stressed out to have friends and family to visit you. The mail in package is an utter disaster, please see video and photo below. I have lost my packages multiple times! Asked management to give a fob to have amazon deliver the packages at the front of the door. Claim that people still items and that this is a more secure location? Please this very unsanitary, packages are constantly lost and management does nothing to help you out. Very frustrated steps have not been taken to fix these MAJOR issues.

Went on a tour thanks to two amazing leasing agents Amanda and Isaac, I really enjoyed the rooftop and what it has to offer. The leasing agents were nice and answered any questions I had regarding the spaces, I reccomend visiting this property and checking out what it has to offer, good prices as well.

I am a resident for about 2 years and used to love these apartments when the old management was around. The old management was super friendly, amazing, and super helpful. So amazing I actually moved in 8 people here. After the new management came it has literally been a nightmare living here, all 8 people as well as me put out 60 day notice to leave. Please stay away, rooftop is nice but super strict now can’t have more than 10 people, gym you can only use one side ( the small side ) , bowling alley always broken. Need a service done to your apartment? They will charge you.

The first year 1/2 was great and I honestly loved being there. Garret was probably the best part of management. Everyone in the office was great and awesome to be around. They made the Marke experience awesome. The Marke is horrible now since letting go of garret and his staff. The management is doing a Horrendous job of making sure the people who stay there are enjoying their time. We pay way too much and work to hard to be restricted to so many things there. Before the new staff showed up things had been dandy and ran very well. Since the new staff have came in they seem not to care about the Tenants at all. I’m definitely not staying here anymore after my lease is up and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to stay here either. There are way better places here in the Santa Ana area. Due to the virus I can understand the restrictions so when I said restrictions I wasn’t speaking about now. This has been going on for the past 3 months or so. I really hope people look else where.

If you like cockroaches and hidden fees, then this is the place for you! The rooftop pool is crawling with full sized roaches. Wouldn't recommend unless you like living in a sewer.
