Johnny & his team do great fast work, I got my rotors and brakes replaced and they had me in and out of the shop in about 40 minutes! If you need work in Pomona I highly recommend you see them. And they’re super fair on pricing.

Shout out to Johnny and the mechanics here, brought my stalling 84 lincoln town car in ,and they fixed it! Now it runs super beautiful. Had them replace the fuel pump too, they work with you on pricing.
Took a bit longer than expected. But it was the holiday season. Glad I brought it here, was gonna give up hope.

Absolutely GREAT SERVICE!!! Johnny and Phil helped me put accessories on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler for a great price when other places were trying to upsell me. I always come here for an oil change and tire rotation and receive the best customer service.

I would choose to give no stars. Johnny was charging much less than everyone else to replace my water pump and thermostat. $475. Right on I thought. But I needed to make sure there would be no surprises I need to make sure that yes indeed this included all labor and parts . So I came in this morning and I asked him to give me a receipt of the quoted price and also question the warranty of which we didn't even get that far. Mind you ,I was planning on dropping it off the next morning .Now if he's busy that's cool we can just do a 10-second recording on my phone then w/ his permission of course stating the quote and warranty info. I told him it was up to him. Well he got paranoid and bent out of shape. It doesn't end there either but long story short he told me to take my vehicle to someone I trust . OBVIOUSLY! But the only local mechanic I do trust does not do this kind of work ! I was hoping to find a new person I can trust but apparently not.. Plus he was deflecting the situation trying to make it seem like it was my fault . Bottom line, he clearly has more than enough business he doesn't need any more which explains his unprofessional approach and lack of customer service skills.

Johnny at S&M Complete Automotive was GREAT to work with. We were stranded with a broken 2500 Chevy Diesel PU on a trip and we called him on a Friday afternoon, he and his team diagnosed the issue , repaired the truck and we were back on the road Monday by noon. Excellent service! I've been using them for over 10 years, and I have recommended family members, and I'm now sending my daughter there as well. I never feel over-charged, and they tell you honestly what can wait and what shouldn't. You may have to ask them to repeat themselves a few times, but no big deal - I'm sure they struggle to understand me at times too 🙂
