Went here with my mom what a horrible filthy place. How can they call themselves a medical office I expected rats to come out of the ceiling the bathrooms were deplorable with feces all over the toilet seat no hot water to wash your hand and smelled of urine. I've seen cleaner restrooms in Tijuana border crossing I will be notifying the health dept. Instead of chatting on your cell phone get off your butt and clean up this horrible place no one should ever have to visit this place close it down immediately

Horrible please don't go to this place. They don't understand or speak English good at all. Kept cutting me off. Dead roaches on floor, dirty. U can't get into building. If you are struggling with mental health issues u will leave feeling worse. Please don't go

Do not go here! Parking is in the rear and rather difficult to get to due to a one a way street. The front of their building appears run down, and it's in a run down part of San Bernardino. Desk staff is rude and has ignored several people's attempts to get their attention. I watched as one patient kept trying to get the desk staff attention, but the staff in question, they were too busy with whatever show they were watching.Their English is poor to say the least, but that's no real excuse to be rude.

Horrible clinic. My father had an appointment and the doctor cancelled it last minute and was unable to see him until a month later. On the day of his rescheduled appointment, the staff called my father multiple times harassing him to come in earlier since he was their last scheduled appointment, and the appointment before him canceled. They threatened my dad stating that If he didn’t come in earlier, they would have to cancel his appointment due to “no show” status. My father is an older man, and felt intimidated by this, so I had to yell at the staff that I would report them to the health board if this cancelled his appointment due to their poor scheduling. This clinic seems to care more about leaving and going home, rather than seeing their patients during their scheduled time. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst appointment I have ever been in for an eye exam! The woman was so rushed and very rude! Very unprofessional and no patience what so ever. Please go elsewhere where they actually care about the patients and not only their money. If I can give this place 0 stars I definitely wouldn’t be giving this one star at all.

The lady at the front is a Real B!!! There’s one doctor that looks like Edna mode doesn’t seem to care at all I felt super rushed and didn’t appreciate how literally everyone who works here has a filthy attitude!! It’s extremely low budget the chairs are awful please avoid this place at all costs!!!

I'm writing this for my daughter she had a appointment yesterday with a kind black man that wore a hat.she forgot his name but she said she felt heard although we don't know how the outcome will be for her ssi claim,she left that conversation crying saying she wish she would've explained a bit more but still he was listening and thoughtful unlike previous people that the ssi sent her to.I appreciate someone finally listening to her she is struggling hard with many diagnosis and they keep denying her when her own Dr's say there no way she could work so I'm hoping that this time she wins and gets that freedom but even if not at least she felt good that someone heard her voice.thank you so much.
