Tulin took my money and even requested for more money when I would eventually call trying to get an update, and he did absolutely nothing to represent me.There was no defense when accusations came up even when there was BLATANT proof. He actually missed court appearances! I was left sitting in front of a judge and my ex waiting on this man and he never showed until AFTER we were dismissed. That extended things months out. Things went to two years. I expected to have my attorney represent me..with a plan. Little communication.Lots of apologies and never making it right or doing BETTER. I didn’t go to law school and had never set foot in a court room. I have never been in trouble with the law. I didn’t have a clue what to do and I got ZERO guidance or help whatsoever and I came to him for help because my world was falling apart and I was being set up, attacked, stalked, threatened. I made a huge decision to flee a very dangerous situation and I was naive enough to believe the system would help me when I actually was brave enough to leave. Hard lesson to learn that you are on your own even when you pay for help. I gave him everything I had. I hired Tulin praying that he would just tell my story and fight for me and my kids; that he would show the evidence I had. Wrong. I was a single mother fleeing from an abusive husband finally after 6 years. I felt like Tulin not only didn’t fight for us at all, but was actually playing for the other side! None of the evidence I gave him was presented. Not all of the witnesses that drove or flew from 4 states away were even called. Tulin was impossible to get ahold of and never returned phone calls. This was the worst time of my life and I trusted this man with the most precious thing in my entire universe and he dropped the ball. Or gave it away. When my extremely abusive and controlling ex(that I had 6 witnesses show up to testify against my husband of his abuse) was awarded custody because of what I felt largely was misrepresentation/laziness or just lack of care on Tulin’s part, it not only destroyed my world, but my two children’s. THEY are the ones that had to deal with most of the repercussions of Tulin just not DOING HIS JOB! When it was said and done, my ex husband actually smiled at me and said, and I quote: “ You should have your attorney there disbarred”. And then he walked away. That should say it all, when the other side sees how sloppy and poor things were done. I hope Mr Tulin lays in bed at night and thinks about how not doing his job can affect lives for generations to come, but I doubt he does. Oh, and when the judge made a decision, I didn’t get a verdict from my attorney, it was from my ex calling to gloat. In fact, Tulin never called me or messaged. I had to call him and finally track him down to find out what the judge decided. I don’t think he even ever directly spoke with me, but through his secretary. My kids went to a monster for primary custody and I largely blame THIS MAN.

Mr Tulin,I actually was a client of yours many years ago.My children are adults now.I didn’t go to law school and don’t know legal jargon.Even with anonymous,it has taken me years to speak up to you and say how I feel.I was a very shy woman and don’t like conflict or making waves.But,this is something I went through in my life that was the most devastating.The REASON I finally wrote this is FOR other women that are going through what I went through.I should have filed a complaint then,but after everything I was so deflated and distraught that I felt I couldn’t take on anything else and I lost faith in the system.I don’t want to attack you,but I do hope my words help you understand that when someone walks through your doors, it’s probably on their worst days and they need an advocate who will go to battle for them.
My ex did have an injunction on him,which you didn’t place there,the police did when I first left.Its nothing if it’s not enforced.I am working on finding peace and healing.

Incompetent, at best.

I will start by saying I am more confused and disgusted than I am angry. My husband and I called around to several lawyers and landed on Mr.Tulin, because he was purported as “the best in the business”. After the experience we had with his service - or the lack thereof - I hardly believe that to be true. Other lawyers even refused to touch our case once they heard he was on it, and yet it produced nothing but a year and a half of heartache and financial setback.

We initiated contact with Mr.Tulin in October of 2021 due to some poor decisions the mother of my husband’s daughter was making that would remove the child from his life. In Mr.Tulin’s own words, he “could have her served in two weeks”. Two weeks turned into 2 months with nothing to show, and with the mother moving out of state with the child that December. Mr.Tulin reached out to warn the mother against such action - when he had no legal backing to do so - and she cut all communication with the child’s father immediately. The child’s father lost 6 months worth of his child’s life because a foolish and baseless decision Mr.Tulin made.

It became a year and four months of fake updates on our case from his assistant, missed phone calls, missed meetings, multiple Case Management court dates that served no purpose since the other party never got served, months back-to-back with no communication whatsoever, to the point I began preparation to report him to the Florida BAR.

When we finally were able to reestablish contact with the child without the help of Mr.Tulin, it was anguishing to hear how heartbroken she was over the lack of access to her own father. Mr.Tulin treated our case like a neighbor’s dispute over a fence line. He had no interest and dedicated no time to us whatsoever. He even admitted in our last virtual meeting in November 2022 that “he’d not charge us through the final decision because he’d dropped the ball on our case”. Months passed with zero action and no updates from him, and we ended up dismissing him from the case in May 2023 requesting a refund, of the which he didn’t even have the courtesy to provide being that he basically admitted to doing nothing of value on our behalf.

I will be pursuing a report to the Florida BAR soon since he couldn’t bother to refund us, and because I can only imagine the numerous others that have lost valuable time with family because of him. I expected so much better with all the lauding and fanfare I heard, and instead we’re left with less than we started with, thanks to Mr.Tulin’s negligence and irresponsible handling of our case. I understand there’s no guarantee when it comes to the court system, but I find it hard to claim such when nothing is done to prove that statement. I’m sorry we ever encountered Mr.Tulin, and to those who’ve had the misfortune of being put out of thousands of dollars as we have, I encourage you to file a formal complaint with the Florida BAR as well.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! do not hire Mr Ronald Tulin. He took our money and did absolutely nothing with our case. My wife and I gave him two years and he couldn’t even get my daughter mother served. And now because he took so long to file with the court she moved my daughter out of state.I hired Mr. Tulin back in October 2021 he didn’t file with the court until December of 2021 when I reached out to him and stated my daughters mother is moving so the day of he try’s and file an emergency motion with the court witch was to late at that point. He also missed a court hearing with me along with consent excuses of canceling meetings we had set up. And to anyone that would like to see I have proof of everything I say. My wife and I will definitely be reporting him to the Florida Bar Association and seeking legal action.

My father in law is going through child support issues , he’s 63 years old we paid 3000$ and turned in several documentations that were of “no use” and we rarely were able to see Ronald only his son & front desk . We have a court soon and haven’t been able to make contact “voicemails” are always full. Probably everyone else trying to contact the person they gifted there money too because thats what we are all doing ! This office is not worth it!!
