I’ve been coming here for years with both of my pregnancies. They even got a better location which got an amazing view from their offices. The staff, especially Margaret is my fav, always making sure I get helped even when she’s super busy. The doctors/ultrasound techs are nice and friendly. I recommend this place for anyone especially if you’re in the downtown area.

I’m finally able to share this with out becoming uncontrollably angry. I was 21weeks this was my first time being pregnant and I was overjoyed because i believed that I could not . I would come here and the nutritionist made me feel like a horrible person who doesn’t care about their diet ( I was vegan) the night before I lost my son I had a appointment here where they did ultrasounds and they told me everything was normal and fine. Later that night I PPROM losing my son
Baby was very active and great heart beat . I don’t know why they couldn’t see that I was losing fluid amongst other things. I’d like to recall my good review with this one

Please believe every single bad review you see on this business I experience the same as these other patients! I gave them 3 opportunities hoping that I would get better service! No mom should go thru what some of us went thru going there! And the saddest part was when I MADE THE REPORT OF THE BAD ADDITUDE OF THE NUTRITIONIST WITH DR. LINDA COWAN SHE LAUGH AND SAID WELL THERES PEOPLE THAT LOVE HER AND THEN THERES PEOPLE THAT DONT SHE PROUDLY ALSO SAID I TRAIN HER ! meaning she's aware of their behavior and approves of her behavior! Dr. Linda has the same behavior as her ! But they know with who to act the way they act ! The nutritionist told me my baby will come out deforme with serious health issues or die she said it like if it was nothing making me feel awful and sacred rolling her eyes all the time telling me that every single mom that comes here has a problem just like me and that I'm putting my baby at risk and still has the nerves to tell me well do you care about your baby ! Like really ! Please if you can find a BETTER SPECIALIST A REAL SPECIALIST THAT CARES ABOUT YOU PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE ! I FEEL BAD FOR THOSE WHO ARE PREGNANT WITH THEIR FIRST BABY HAVING TO GO THRU THIS BAD EXPERIENCE IN THERE ! THE AMOUNT OF STRESSED AND SADNESS THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO PUT YOU OH AND THEY WILL SCARE YOU TOO !
I ALSO HAD THE SO CALL "Special ultrasound" where they checked the baby's heart it took that lady about 5 to 10 minutes to do it and to top it off with all respect her English was just so awful I couldn't understand what she was saying!
But it took them about 1hr to take me get the ultrasound done! REMEMBER WE DON'T NEED THEM THEY NEED US WITHOUT ANY PATIENTS THEY WONT HAVE ANY BUSINESS! THERE IS BETTER OPTIONS WITH BETTER TREATMENTS OUT THERE !

The wait time is insane. Time is valuable for all of us. All i want is a ultrasound and to know that baby is okay. I have two other children at home . I understand an hour maybe even an hour and a half. However 3 hours where most of the time you are in the waiting room is insane to me. Also nutritionist is not very kind.

I did anatomy exam and everything was great. I was worried about the wait time because of the reviews but my wait time was about 10 minutes only. The consulting staff who was asking your family medical history was super nice and helpful and the technician was very thorough as well. Above all, doctor Archie was super friendly and nice offering to call her at any time during non business hours as well. Overall super happy experience with good news:)

Don’t go here. Go to ultrasound institute medical group instead.
The reviews aren’t wrong. We booked our appointment 2 weeks in advance and hours before they call and tell us they aren’t in network with our insurance, it’s $500. By then it was too late to go somewhere else so we just paid it. The entire visit took 3 hrs and at the end the Dr spends 30 secs telling us our baby looked fine and 10 minutes lecture that we need to come back once a month until the baby is born because we’re black and it puts us at risk.
I don’t have $500 and 3hrs of my life to give away on none necessities every month.
They forgot to send our results out until 3 weeks later when we had to call and ask. The results they send say everything is not fine and the baby has a bowl blockage which freaked me out.
I refused to return so we booked our follow up at the ultrasound institute medical group which showed us the baby in 4D, had much better pricing, way shorter wait time, and discussed in detail what’s going on with the baby. (Baby is fine)

I had my baby back in january and my expereince with the staff was Amazing , the recepcionist Hill always welcomed me with a smile both medical assistant marg and betty always made sure i was taken care of and made me feel confortable, lucas the dr assistant alwahs answered my calls any time during working hours and help manage my gdm
