Wow!!! What an amazing experience ? this Harmonic Egg is like nothing I ever seen. Mary explains everything so thoroughly. Sitting in a gravity zero chair that’s so comfy with a blanket and healing music. I had no idea how incredible I would feel while the music plays and you have an intention to focus on!
I felt clarity and slept so well the next few nights! Mary, I can’t wait for more! You’re the best!

What an amazing experience! Mary explained everything very thoroughly so that I would have the most effective treatment. It was a very calming and comfortable environment. I went into the experience feeling stressed and anxious because we’re in the process of buying our first house. After setting my intention, letting the sound and light therapy do its thing, and a little nap I came out feeling more relaxed, centered, and confident in my decision making, which was my goal. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the experience was so good. Mary did such a great job understanding my needs and explaining what to expect. She put me totally at ease. The best thing I can say is that about 5 days after my time in the Egg, I started experiencing a light and joyful mood that I haven’t had in years. I feel so much more relaxed and bright. There was a stressful event coming up that normally I’d be overwhelmed by, and instead I was able to keep a clear and easy mind about it. In addition to health changes I’m making, I really feel like the Harmonic Egg is tipping the scales toward a happier and healthier me. I can’t wait to come back for another session!

I didn’t know what to expect but I had heard great things about the Harmonic Egg. Mary sat down with me before I went in the egg and asked me if there were some things in my health or life I wanted to work on. We talked about it a few minutes and then she had me basically set my intention for the session in the egg. She chose the color and music that was best to heal my issue. The experience in the egg was like a meditation. It was so comfortable and relaxing and I loved the music and the color she chose. Then afterwards we talked a little more about what I could expect to the next few days. I slept great that night! I also can feel a change in my thinking. Thank you Mary! I can’t wait to come back!

OMG, recently did a session in the Harmonic Egg of Boulder with Mary Hastings. I HIGHLY recommend it! In the first session, you get an autonomic system reset along with a focus on anything else you want to focus on mind/body/soul.

You sit inside a giant egg (looks like something from Star Trek) in an anti-gravity chair and get comfy with fluffy socks and blankets if you want. Then, Mary sets the music and lights to a sequence to address what you want to focus on, based on a short discussion she has with you beforehand.

I fell into a deep sleep and was having the most vivid dreams and hallucinations. And when it was all done, I felt a-mazing. I just can't recommend this enough. I honestly just can't even do it justice in my explanation of how it felt.
