I’m leaving a review simply because of your security guard Gilbert. I know he is not an employee but I just wanted to share that my friend and I were there 2 days in a row and Gilbert is not only helpful but simply a great guy.

The staff was very helpful and very nice! They made sure to check on us at regular intervals despite being very busy. And our doctor was extremely helpful and concise about how to do post-care of our injuries (it was my first time in the ER).

This place is amazing! I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else. All the staff are so helpful and kind. Please forgive me I forgot his name but there is a male veteran nurse that works here and he is the most quickest and efficient nurse I have ever seen. Great E.R.

I walked in and immediately the front desk said they were waiting for me. Seconds later the staff was preparing for my tests. Sally explained what to do. They prepared
me for a urine sample, blood test and an IV. Dr. Emery immediately examined the test results. He clearly explained the diagnosis and the course of action. I walked out of the hospital and felt confident that they did a great job. Excellent ?

Everybody was very nice period the doctor never put his hands on me to feel the area. Everybody focused on the gallbladder.. Turns out to be A T7 compression, affecting the pain.Funny how so many doctors want to just suggest surgery.. heavy pain meds and muscle relaxers provide relief.. At the recommendation of my doctor sought a chiropractor two adjustments and no more pain.. I will say the staff was very nice..

I absolutely love the care, compassion and professionalism of everyone at this facility. I have never encountered a group of more professional staff than this one. I was treated with so much care. Although I was not feeling well at all, the staff took amazing care of me.

They gave me paperwork on what I could do to treat my sciatica at home. Never ran test or even looked at my lower back. Gave me 2 days worth of medication for nausea because I also went in for flu like symptoms. As well as a IV with pain medication and antibiotics. Dr told me next time I threw up I could bring a sample in with me. They told me I needed to get my other issues looked at elsewhere. I would never seek treatment at this facility again. This ER visit was a complete waste of time. I should have known that they could treat very little here when I was taken to the room as soon as I walked in and discharged shortly after.

If I could give negative zero I would.My mother went here by ambulance because she suddenly could barely walk she has horrible pain whenever she moves with back an left arm pain. She sat in the room requesting help to ease the pain they didn't care.. didn't help. Then they basically rushed her out of the hospital after they couldn't think outside the box an figure out what was happening what kind of hospital rushes you out an let's you go home when you can barely move an in agonizing pain. When I went to get her, I let them know what I thought and they still didn't care and they said they weren't that type of hospital to even keep her overnight. Why are you calling yourself an emergency room call yourself a quick care. They didn't give her anything to ease the pain for the night literally the worst hospital ever! Then they had the nerve to say that because she bent over in massive pain mind you and slowly walked to the bathroom because they were useless that she was fine *really* well, I'm glad that they are making a paycheck for being useless and the hospital is charging so much money for people going there for nothing funny how some things are illegal while they can do stuff like that to people. With that useful knowledge, anybody should be able to be a doctor why do you go to school lol Worthless! So mad they treated my mom like she was just wanting drugs or something she still can't move.Ambulances stop wasting people's money bringing them to a fake emergency room!!!
