DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE! I needed medication that I have already been prescribed before. This doctor made me do blood work before prescribing. I had my blood drawn and never heard back from the doctor. I called three times over the course of 3 weeks. And eventually gave up and went to a different doctor to get the medication. Now years later they are threatening to take me to collections saying I owe them money. I checked with their office before my appointment to make sure I was fully covered with no co pay. Called my insurance and they said they don’t even have a record of the service. Still dealing with it. But save your self from this ridiculously unprofessional “doctor’s office” and go anywhere else.

I and my wife had to have a chance to meet Dr. Gurmej Singh Dhillon MD regarding my immigration physicals. He is a great doctor and above all he is thoroughly gentleman, physician and spiritual teacher. I highly recommend the said doctor for the all the health concerned issues.

Easy check-in in. The nurse practitioners are great. Dr. Gurmej has a humble demeanor he approaches everybody with kindness and respect, and I love how you don't need to go to a lab , they have their own ! You can download the App Healow to check on your lab results. The only downfall of the clinic is that the wait is long.

Very frustrating experience with this doctor's office. The doctor acts like he cares but the practices he has set up to help patients are a source of endless frustration for the patient. The girls at the front seem unorganized, uncaring, and rude. They push endless appointments for everything. Seems they want to milk the insurance companies for everything, whether by setting up useless in-person appointments or tele-visits. If the doctor knew the patients or paid attention to what they needed, a tele-visit or an appointment is not always needed. That's what distinguishes a good doctor from one that does not care for the health of the patient. The doctor is useless when seen in person, let alone when seen over the phone. Look elsewhere! Don't waste your time! And don't feed the greed of this "so-called" medical practice!

Nice, caring doctor, but if you're considering becoming a patient there, you need to understand that they have no regard for your time. You'll be scheduled at 8am and may see the doctor at 11am. They constantly overbook and have no regard for your time.

Their stance is that if you need to see the doctor, you need to wait as long as it takes, and give them all of your time that they may need.

Personally, I found another doctor who's more respectful of my time. If I respect his schedule and show up on time, I expect him to do the same with me. He does this because he can. If you're unhappy, "NEXT" , he says ...

Omg, wait over 2 hrs, because he see his Punjabi patients first. There Lab does not accommodate their elderly or disabled, whenwhen collecting urine samples.. do not provivde toilet hats to catch urine.patients

I was very nervous about my appointment at hospital but when I meet Dr Gurmej dhillon, He treated me like his kid. He works with you to address your health concerns, rather than just telling you what to do.He wants to make sure you and him are on the same page and comfortable.

I had an appointment, made me wait in waiting room for 1 hr before even check in paperwork. Made me wait another hour before I got a room. Poor facilities, badly mismanaged, allows walkins to come before people with an appointment. Worst experience. Rooms are dirty, cabinet doors are falling off, bathrooms smell like urine, paper towel dispenser broken, soap dispenser broken, no privacy for urine tests, over crowded, staff is nice except the doctor moves with no sense of urgency, works very inefficiently (answering emails and making phone calls in between each patient) no quality nurses in the room to do the time consuming tasks, he does them. No wonder I had to wait 2 1/2 hrs before being seen. I didn't get the care I came in for and he talked over me when I was trying to talk.
