Dr Chadha was so great with my 89 yo father. He was able to see him immediately since it was getting to be a critical situation. He got us scheduled for an endoscopy the next day. Could not be more grateful to have found him through our PCP.

I absolutely love this, Doctor! He is an amazing doctor with a great amount of knowledge. However, the staff is so very hard to deal with. That’s if they even answer the phone. If you leave a message you hardly ever get called back. Referrals are a mess. Supposedly they have thousands that come in a day and because of that you have to give them a certain time that the referral was sent over so that they could go through their referrals. I had to have Management from my primary care physician, get on the phone with Desiree in order to get the referral for my husband into his chart so that he could be seen on an emergency basis this Friday. My husband has been in so much pain, and when you have to deal with people like that, it’s very hard. Finally Management at my primary care physician handle this problem for me. I’m pretty sure they have so many faxes because they keep telling patients they are not getting the faxes but on the other end where the fax is coming from, it clearly shows that it was sent at a certain date and time. So I would imagine that all of those referrals that they have to go through, are because they keep telling the patients they haven’t received it, and so the doctors continue to send them. Again what an amazing doctor. He is five stars all the way across the board. I would highly recommend Dr. Chadha to anybody in the Phoenix area. Thank you Dr. Chadha for listening and making sure that my husband was able to get an appointment with you on an emergency basis.

So far the our interaction has been great and he answered my questions and was patient with me. I have not gone through a procedure yet, but initial contact has been good overall. They’re lines are usually busy, but I’m persistent and once getting connected they are very helpful and friendly.

This was a first time call. I had to change insurances temporarily and was referred by my current Dr to Dr Chadha. He was quick and professional, very friendly. He went right into helping me with my missed injections and is helping me with my medical needs promptly. We love Dr Chadha he is very caring, humble and kind. He takes the time to educate the patient and the the loved ones taking care of them. I would hate to have to trust my dad with anyone else.
